By accessing, browsing and using our website through whatever platform and/or by completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understand and agreed to the terms and conditions that follow.

 

GENERAL

Timeliness: As the tour is shared we must fix an itinerary and keep to a set time schedule. We ask guests to be punctual to all meeting points set by the driver to help the day run smoothly. FOR CRUISE SHIP PASSENGERS: When booking your tour, please make sure that the tour ends at least 2 hours before your cruise ship’s sail time!

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicles, but all tours make frequent stops.

Food and Drink: In the interest of the safety and comfort of all passengers, we ask you not to bring hot food or drinks into the vehicle.

Lost property:   Whilst every effort is made to return lost property, the company cannot be held responsible for property left in the vehicle.

Luggage: Each passenger is allowed up to 1 piece of luggage (up to 23kgr) and 1 carry-on (up to 8kgr). If you have more luggage be sure to let us know by filling out the number of luggage in the booking form. We will do our best to accommodate extra luggage, but additional fees may apply.

Voucher / ticket: Each tour is designated a code name upon creation. The tour name will be sent to you in the confirmation and it will appear on the name sign our guide will be holding at the designated pickup point, so you can recognize him/her. You will need to present either your email confirmation (online or print out) or identification to our guide at pickup before you start your tour.

Itinerary changes: We reserve the right to change the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. road works, strikes, etc) in the interest of participants’ comfort.

Participants’ conduct: We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

Physical Disabilities: Any physical disability requiring special attention, treatment, or facilities must be communicated to CLIQUE TOURS when the booking is made. 

Customer Service / Complaints: Although we do our utmost to make sure every tour goes well above and beyond expectations, should clients incur any inconvenience, we invite them to communicate it to our guide during the tour, so that it is resolved on the spot. Should a satisfactory solution not be found at this time, please document the issue in writing no longer than 7 days after the tour. This will enable us to make a timely investigation and to provide an adequate resolution.

Seller of Travel:  CLIQUE TOURS is registered as a Seller of Travel with the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO Licence No: 000116G) 

Tour cancellation Insurance: We highly recommend that you obtain Trip Cancellation Insurance when travelling abroad. A short-term travel insurance policy can cover nonrefundable trip costs due to personal or family illness or accident. CLIQUE TOURS does not offer trip insurance and clients should purchase this through their travel consultant from country of origin. 

 

PAYMENT

Our tours are pre-paid. We accept online payments via Paypal (Paypal accepts all credit cards).

A deposit is required to join a tour, new or existing, and secure your spot. The amount of deposit is the minimum participation for each tour - price per person for 6 participants – and is detailed in each tour description.

When a tour reaches the maximum participation (6 persons), it automatically “closes”. No balance payment is required and all participants receive confirmation & voucher for their tour.

If a tour doesn’t reach the maximum participation of 6, then it closes 20 days prior to the tour date. The remaining balance is determined by the actual number of participants and is due 15 days prior to the tour date.

You can keep track of the status of your tour (participants, pending balance, etc) by logging in with your email. We will also send you email notifications & updates 1 week & 1 day before closure date. Please also see HOW IT WORKS section for full details on booking & payments.

For private tours: Full pre-payment is required to book, see cancellation policy for private tours below.

Prices:

Prices per person based on the number of participants are detailed for each tour separately. From the moment of booking prices are not subject to change unless there is an increase of taxes by the Greek Government or increase of entrance fees by the Greek Ministry of Culture. In such an unlikely event, participants will be notified of the incidental charges before their tour and will be called to cover the difference on the spot.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations 21 days prior to the tour date, participants are entitled to a full refund of their deposit minus 5% administrative Paypal expenses.

After the tour closes (participant completion or 20 days prior) the deposit is non-refundable.

If the participation doesn’t reach maximum, participants need to cover the balance up to 15 days prior to the tour. Any balance is also non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations less than 15 days prior.

Force Majeure: In the event your tour is cancelled due to unforeseen change in the cruise ship itinerary, i.e. the cruise ship does not make it into port on the day of the tour, then you can re-schedule your tour or get a full refund minus 5% administrative Paypal expenses.

We encourage our guests to obtain Trip Cancellation Insurance.

For private tours:

  • For cancellations up to 21 days prior to the tour date, a 5% administration fee will apply
  • For cancellations between 20 and 8 days prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation fee applies
  • For cancellations 7 days or less prior to the tour date& no-shows, 100% cancellation fee applies

 

COMPANY LIABILITY: CLIQUE TOURS cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, loss or delay of baggage or other property, or delay, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointment, distress of frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from: 

  1. Mechanical breakdowns, dangers inherent to the sea, fire, theft, civil disturbances, strikes, government actions, weather, flooding, earthquakes, and other factors and causes beyond our control.
  2. Passenger's failure to obtain required documentation, including passports, visas and health certificates, where required, or passenger being denied entry to Greece for any reason.
  3. Passenger's failure to follow the instructions of CLIQUE TOURS, its representatives and its suppliers.
  4. Missed flight connections to/from trip departure/arrival point.
  5. Any other cause beyond the control of CLIQUE TOURS.

CLIQUE TOURS assumes no liability for, and the guest waives all claims against CLIQUE TOURS it may now have or have in the future for any loss, damage, delay or failure to perform in whole or in part, resulting from causes beyond the control of CLIQUE TOURS, including, but not limited to, war, terrorist acts, fires, strikes, insurrections, riots, embargoes, shortages of motor vehicles, delays in transportation, or requirements of any local, prefecture or federal government.
